The Village Board adopted the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) on January 23, 1992.
It was approved by the NYS Secretary of State on April 16, 1992, and then concurred by the U.S. Office of Ocean and Coastal Resource Management on June 22, 1992.
