Superblock RFP Response - BAE
Bay Area Economics (BAE) in partnership with Brown & Keener and Sam Schwartz Engineering (SSE)
is pleased to submit this proposal to prepare Feasibility Studies for the Nyack Superblock. BAE is a
national leader in downtown revitalization, mixed use development and public-private partnerships.
Complementing BAE’s deep expertise in economic feasibility and innovative real estate strategies, Brown
and Keener and SSE will bring their combined expertise in land use planning, urban design, traffic
circulation and parking to provide the Village with the full complement of services required to meet
Nyack’s needs. Together, we believe that our team offers a unique combination of innovative national
best practices with extensive local experience and on the-ground know how.
This assignment will be led from BAE’s New York City office, located at the address provided below. I
will serve as both Principal-in-Charge and project manager for this assignment. I will be assisted by Kei
Hayashi in New York and by staff working from BAE’s Washington DC office including Sherry Rudnak,
Senior Associate and Caitlin Sugrue, Analyst.
