PLANNING BOARD SITE PLAN APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
Names of all owners of record of subject and adjacent properties
School, zoning and special district boundaries
Existing streets, lots, boundaries, easements, setbacks, and rights of way
Building Inspector statement indicating status of compliance with zoning law
Copy of any existing or proposed covenants or deed restrictions intended to cover all or any part
of the tract.
A drawing showing the location and elevations of existing buildings

Vicinity map at a scale not over 1”=1000’
Existing contours with intervals of 5ft. or less.
Location of existing watercourses, marshes, wooded areas, rock outcrops, single trees with a
diameter of 8” or more measured 3ft. above trunk base and other significant features.
Signed and sealed site plan including: title of development, date, North point, scale, name and
address of owner, engineer, architect, land planner or surveyor preparing plan.
Proposed use and location of buildings
All means of vehicular access to and egress from site onto public streets
Width of streets and sidewalks abutting lot in question
Location and design of off street parking and loading areas
Location of existing and proposed water lines, valves and hydrants-depth grade and pipe size and
