HR&A, the lead consultant, will present the results of their analysis, focusing primarily on the economic feasibility of five different possible scenarios (including a basic pro forma financial review). Each scenario will include the amount of funds that would need to be raised from private or government sources to make the different options a reality.
Results will also include a recommended mix of uses, parking, and the process on how to make the requests to developers.
