The Village Clerk provides Nyack residents with assistance in obtaining a variety of personal statistical records from archives, request forms for publicly available information and additional resources.
To obtain a Certified Copy of Birth, Marriage and Death Certificates, please go to the Town Clerk’s Office of the Town where such event occurred: See Towns of Orangetown, Clarkstown, Stonypoint, Ramapo, and Haverstraw. Or if an individual was born or expired in any of Nyack Hospital, Good Samaritan Hospital or Community Hospital, contact those offices.
