RFP for Feasibility Studies for the Nyack Superblock

The Village of Nyack is seeking a qualified entity, which may be a single firm or a team of individuals or firms to carry out feasibility studies for the revitalization of the Nyack "Superblock" in the center of downtown.

The proposed redevelopment would be mixed-use including a performing arts and/or film center, retail, office and residential.

Major elements requested include a land use design and bulk study, market analysis of the proposed uses, traffic and parking analysis, and financial feasibility.
