Rockland County residents will have an opportunity to learn more about the Nyack Hospital Transformation project which includes renovation of the Hospital’s Emergency Department and addition of a “medical village”, all part of the DSRIP Program in the Hudson Valley. DSRIP addresses initiatives designed to reduce hospitalizations, improve access to disease management programs and preventative services, and to encourage community involvement in health and wellness through integrated healthcare systems. Nyack Hospital is a member of the Montefiore Hudson Valley DSRIP Collaborative.

Nyack Hospital is a 375 licensed bed community acute care medical and surgical hospital which was founded in 1895 and is located in Rockland County, NY and is affiliated with Montefiore Health System.
