Online Permits

Applications for all permits are now available to be filed online.  The Village has purchased new software that streamlines the review process.

The site also allows access to the Village GIS.

Village 2013-14 Budget

It is budget season for the Village of Nyack. On March 19, 2013, the Village Administrator submitted his budget for the Village Board. It is a $5,524.744 budget with a 1.94% property tax increase.

Snow Emergency Declared starting 10pm on Friday 2/8/13

The snow emergency policy for the Village of Nyack will go into effect as of ten pm Friday, February 8th. All vehicles must be removed from the streets included in the policy by ten pm tonight.
