Does the court issue parking tickets?
No, The Village of Nyack has a Parking Authority which enforces New York State laws and street regulations. The court is a separate department from the villages Parking Authority Department and it cannot take complaints, reserve spaces, take reports of vehicles left on the street, or answer questions directly related to it’s department.

How do I pay for a ticket?
Tickets may be paid thru the court office in person or tickets may be mailed to Nyack Justice Court for payment by check or money order. Be sure to supply your license plate information or ticket number information along with your payment. If you wish to pay the ticket with a credit card you may pay online at: www.parkingticketpayment.com/nyack and be sure to have your ticket number available. This website charges a $3.50 fee per ticket for processing services.
