Doug Foster was elected as Trustee in 2009.  His areas of management  are economic development, marketing and information technology.

Mr. Foster owns his own company, Foster Solutions, Inc.  He was a professional planner for the City of Ithaca for 10 years, and currently is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners.
