Peter Klose was appointed Chairman of the Planning Board on January 5, 2010, after serving as a Member for Five Years. His term was also extended another five years.

He practices law and lives with his wife and three children in Nyack. Among his community activities he is the Chairman of the Planning Board, a Director of the River Rowing Association, Member of the Nyack Rotary, and committed to the Chamber of Commerce. His passions include rowing on the Hudson River, travel, his family and growing tomatoes.
