Road Paving Parking Plan 2023

Gedney Street, Lydecker Street Residents & Businesses:

Street parking prohibited on milling and paving days. 
All cars off the road by 7am or the car will be towed.
Parking is available at no charge in the Marina Lot, Artopee Lot off Main Street (not the RiverSpace Lot) and side streets.
Additionally, overnight parking restrictions on North Broadway and the Village parking lots will be suspended on road construction dates for your convenience. If you need your car during the day on paving days - please plan accordingly!
Side streets (High, First, Second, Third, Fourth, Ackerman) will be blocked at Gedney and N. Broadway. Access will be permitted from N. Broadway for local residents only. Side streets will not have access to Gedney Street until the pavement cools, which takes several hours. 
Ackerman Place will temporarily be a two-way street with DPW staffing to coordinate safe passage for residents of 103 Gedney Street and members of the boat club, this area is accessible without driving on Gedney Street. 

Upper Main Street Residents and Businesses: 

Street Parking prohibited on milling and paving days. 
All cars off the road by 7am or the car will be towed.
Parking is available at no charge in the Marina Lot, Artopee Lot off Main Street (not the RiverSpace Lot) and side streets.
Additionally, overnight parking restrictions on Midland Ave from Depew Ave to High Ave will be suspended - residents may park overnight to ensure access to your car on milling and paving days. 


Pine Street Residents:   

Street Parking prohibited on milling and paving days.
All cars off the road by 7am or the car will be towed.
Parking is available at no charge in the Marina Lot, Artopee Lot off Main Street (not the RiverSpace Lot) and side streets.
Parking is also available at the Nyack Middle School parking lot (access off Dickinson Ave).
Residents on Highview Ct - please plan accordingly - your access will be blocked completely on Pine Street paving day.
